I am very worried about secondary smaller attacks. The coordinated events today could be a signal for others to commit those attacks. And we don't have to worry about just bin Laden people either, there are Iraqis and Iranian immigrants in this country who are terrorist assets of those govts who could also contribute to the fun and games. I am especially worried that the tower bombings are either simultaneous with or to be followed by a release of a bioagent or even nuke. Today might only be round one.

I can't believe it, but I just picked up WCBS radio in NYC here in NC, and heard the same thing.

They sounded pretty sure, didn't seem like speculation based on the report they gave.

Just said that 2 men with a truckload of explosives under the GW bridge were apprehended and arrested.

Heard a report from our local hospital today. Nurses and doctors were standing at the nurse's station watching the coverage on a small TV. A Palestinian doctor said "Well, that's what you get." and walked off. They were too stunned to react.

Not necessarily, it could be nervous cops freaking out over a standard explosives shipment (for a quarry operation, for example), or like that case a few years ago where police frantically tracked down a van that had been spotted full of "barrels of fertilizer", which when finally located turned out to be full of flour for bakeries...

It's on WCBS TV in NYC. I've got people in NYC watching all the channels. Many NYC channels were off the air all day today because their broadcast signals originated from the WTC antenna that was on tower 2. Channels whose signals broadcast out of the Empire State Building remained on the air.

Most definitely. A coworker of my wife's got a call from her boyfriend who told her goodbye. A Marine stationed in Japan, he had time for only one phone call - she had to be the one to call his parents.
