FYI, I have not been able to logon all day (9/25). I would get either an odd "Under Construction" message or an "Unable to Load" message. Cleared cookies, etc. did not work...

Did you look in Windows Explorer and find your web browser history files? I not only did a cookie search, I deleted all history files from my web browser, plus the history files which are accessible in Explorer. The history files I deleted are buried in NT under C:\winnt\profiles\local settings\content IE5.
