Even Mullah Mohammed Omar, the Taliban's leader, attended the school briefly before he left in the 1980s to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan.
"They are all our inspiration," Haq says. "And soon, we'll be fighting alongside them."
Tens of thousands of students at Pakistan's 6,000 militant Muslim madrassas say they plan to go to Afghanistan to fight U.S. soldiers, attack bases in Pakistan that may host American forces, or conduct suicide bomb attacks against U.S. targets if President Bush launches military action against bin Laden and the ruling Taliban militia in Afghanistan.

NOTICE: That's what I will do to you and your country. I will get your children. I will get their playgrounds. I will get their schools, too. I will get all of you."
Tempers then flare. Several students begin yelling at once, pointing their fingers and gesturing wildly.
One yells out the name of Mohammed Atta, an alleged bin Laden associate believed to have hijacked one of the two jets that crashed into the World Trade Center. Another says he will "kill more than Atta."
A third student then unfolds a picture of the Sears Tower in Chicago. "This one is mine," he says.
From the Quran
Violence is commanded:
"Fight and slay the pagans (infidels) wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war." Quran, Sura 9:5
If Islam is resisted?
"Their punishment is...execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from the opposite sides, or exile from the land." Sura 5:33
Al Tawbah The Repentance): "Prophet, make war on unbelievers and hypocrites, and deal rigorously with them." Sura 9:73
Al Anfal (The Spoils): "Let not the unbelievers think they will ever get away... strike terror into the enemy of God and your enemy... rouse the faithful to arms! If they (the non-Muslims) incline to peace (accept Islam) make peace with them."
Sura 8:59
Al Maidah (The Table): "If they reject your judgment, know that it is Allah's wish to scourge them for their sins. Sura 5:49
The Quran is an amalgam of Hinduism, Buddhism, Mythraism, Greek mystery religions, as well as elements from Judaism and Christianity.

Does this mean we might get the opportunity to wipe out a whole generation of terrorists?

This is the evil we are up against. As someone who works a block from the Sears Tower, I can't say I'm surprised, but it's chilling nonetheless...

A good reason to use nuclear bombs.

It took the worst from all those sources, filtered it through the depraved mind of a maniac and viola - the Koran. Worse than crap this collection of nonsense and lies has warped the minds of millions.
Their hatred will kill millions before it is all over with unfortunately.

How can you convict someone without presenting evidence or witnesses against the alleged culprit? See, he has the wrong idea already. Someone needs to explain the difference to him between convicting a person and killing a terrorist (or someone who educates, funds or encourages them).

Maybe it's just as well they are crossing into Afghan to fight. Easier to clean it up all at once.

very few realize the nature of the war waged on us and brought to us soil. and, unless stopped in its tracks, many, many more will perish. we will die for our cause too, but, in the interest of more of them dying than us, i say NUKE THEM TILL THEY STOP MOVING!!! LET'S ROLL!!!

of all the ways satan tricks men and women into eternal hell, islam is his 'pet' snake. muhammad was visited by satan disguised as a prince of light and bought it hook, line and sinker. now, we either deal with the truth and put this global islamic uprising down, or we never live free again.

Well, most in southern Pakistan will probably stay there. I think, more and more, that we can expect a bloody fight before all this is over. Pakistan may fall apart. I would not want to be stationed there during the war.

"Now listen, American, and listen well," says Hussain Zaeef, 21. He reads from Page 12 of the manual: " 'Bomb their embassies and vital economic centers.' That's what I will do to you and your country. I will get your children. I will get their playgrounds. I will get their schools, too. I will get all of you."Five minutes alone with this punk. "We give them the knowledge, the Taliban gives them the guns," Haq says. "I, and all my students, will support the Taliban and Osama at all costs. They are the only ones implementing true Islam."Me thinks these people are upset that we no longer use camel caravans through the mideast to get our silks from China. Muhammed made a living pillaging and raping. Me also thinks that the Quran is more of a history of his exploits, and less of devine inspiration. Prophet? Yes, if see the tragedies he has brought upon this world.
This just in from the dead martyred hijackers: Not even one virgin and hot as ..., well you can guess.

.. Most in America don't recall, but...
1Sa 17:10 And the Philistine (Goliath) said,
I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man,
that we may fight together.
1Sa 17:43 And the Philistine said unto David, [Am] I a dog,
that thou comest to me with staves? And the
Philistine cursed David by his gods.
1Sa 17:44 And the Philistine said to David, Come to me,
and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air,
and to the beasts of the field.
1Sa 17:45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword,
and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts,
the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
1Sa 17:46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand;
and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee;
and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air,
and to the wild beasts of the earth;
that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
1Sa 17:51 Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine,
and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him,
and cut off his head therewith.
And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.
may we learn from His-tory....

With Arab "friends" like these, who needs enemies? These desert scumbags didn't discover the oil reserves in their own lands or develop the technology to exploit it, the west did all of this. They have pushed us far enough to justify the occupation of this resource for our own economic, security, and military interests and that of our allies. They should consider themselves incredibly lucky that this has not already been done, since they have done nothing whatsoever to quash terrorist factions and cells within their own borders, when not actually sponsoring or funding the damned filthy murdering garbage itself.

Thank you for posting this.
The "It's not about Islam," stuff coming from W is just disinformation.
He's saying it because of all the whiny liberals who will come out after the first civilian casualties.
Of course it's about Islam.
Islam is an extremely violent religion.
The d*ckhead in the article said it best,"They are the only ones implementing true Islam."
Let's roll.

Does this mean we might get the opportunity to wipe out a whole generation of terrorists? I do believe a Vietnam style war of attrition would not be the first option. My generation balked at Vietnam, claiming "we had not been attacked".
I'd say that under the present circumstances, a hundred to one kill ratio would be acceptable. And without the jungle and without resupply, we can do better.

One of the most telling lines is that these 6,000 or so are withdrawing from the Indian border with Kashmir. Oh? And how long have they been "fighting" there? Guess they aren't to successful, huh? It still belongs to that military giant, India.
This is the kind of thing that USA Today writers miss in their analysis. By jumping on the bandwagon of "6,000 Osamas," the issue is, "If we had known about one Osama or 1,000 Osamas, what would have been the result?" I don't think that Osama or anyone else will soon catch us unawares.

may we learn from His-tory.... Are you a liberal? A little misplaced 'moral equivalence' goes a long way.
God did indeed lead historic Israel against the Phillistines. But He surely did not instruct them (or us on a going-forward basis) to slay those who would not become Israelites (or now Christians). Subtlety of reasoning is obviously not your forte, but can you see -- oh maybe -- a small difference between the God of History and the Mohammedan fraud?

"These schools are providing an education which is basically unchanged from the 11th century," says Islamic analyst Pervez Hoodboy. He says they produce "a student with a particular mindset, one who does not question and who can be easily motivated into fighting to the death."

"The Islamic clerics who run the schools say they want to explain their anger to Americans before their jihad against the United States begins."
Hey - What the heck, they only want to "dialog" with us and "give peace a chance" - ....
.....BEFORE they start their "unholy" war against us.
So, like, why are we going to "talk" to them in a "peaceful dialog"??????
Sounds like who we are supposed to begin talking with have ALREADY DECIDED that they are at war with us.

How can you convict someone without presenting evidence or witnesses against the alleged culprit? The call us hypocrites? How can they murder 7000 people without any evidence or witnesses?
Maybe they would understand it better if we said this was a "crusade" so we can kill or convict anyone we want.

"We are all Osama bin Ladens," says Abdullah Shah, 35, senior teacher at Dar-ul-Alloon Sarhad, a nearby madrassa. "Getting rid of one Osama won't solve your problems. Your trouble is just beginning."No, Abdullah, your trouble is just beginning but you don't know it yet, so enjoy your blissful, arrogant ignorance while you still can. We are coming.

This isn't a courtroom. We aren't going to convict you...you will condemn yourselves and we will take you out. There now is a presumption of guilt, not innocence. If radical islamic terrorists and sypmathizers want mercy, give up now.
Funny how these radicals who hate the US and our rule of law are all the sudden concerned protecting their "rights" and the application of the non war rules of law.p> I sincerely hope that we have assets in Pakistan right now taking pictures of all these "students" and getting copies of their files for future wartime measures.

60 years ago, it was Hitler Youth and Japanese teens devoted to the Emperor. And they were much better prepared for war than these unfortunate kids are.
The more things change, the more they stay the same. There must be a special place in hell for those who century after century lead these kids to their deaths.

The U.S. + NATO + Japan + China + India should immediately form a consortium to occupy, operate and regulate the Gulf oil fields. There will be no recovery from poor economics and no end to terrorism as long as the Arabs control most of the world's oil.
