The President addressed the nation this evening, and once again assured the American public and the world that it is our intention to bring the 'evil-doers' to justice. He also reassured the citizens of the United States that their government is doing everything within its power to track down any leads regarding possible terrorist activiy in the US. Bush also announced a new initiative for the nation's children to help the children of Afghanistan. Children can send one dollar to the White House and that money, via the Red Cross, will go toward helping the children of Afghanistan. Earlier in the day, the President attended a memorial service for those whose lives were lost at the Pentagon one month ago. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

I am just simply without the proper words to describe how I feel about this guy!! He just keeps getting more and more..well--Christlike!!! talking about how all americans lost a piece of their soul---I almost cried. He is SO one of us--and he knew exactly the right words to say. tough words that we will stand up for ourselves and do what is right--fight EVIL!--and yet we are merciful as well in helping the afghanies. (I would've just nuked them-i have to admit). He just spoke from the heart and said exactly what we all needed to hear.

Did anyone else get moved to tears at the pentagon service? I only got to see the singing of the Battle Hymn but WOWOWOWOWOWWO Laura wiping away tears and W biting his cheek- my husband said "oh - he has to fight back the tears he's biting his cheek again"-- simply amazing. I just don't know what to say as once again I am humbled at the gift God has bestowed on us in the form of this magnificent man and leader. (proof that prayer of the faithful has been answered!!!) Hmm OK and I have to say--all of this wrapped up in a package that is so easy on the eyes!!! ;-D

It was a very moving service at the Pentagon this morning. Especially singing "The Battle Hymnn of the Republic"!

Our president was awesome tonight. I loved that stride and stature!

WE have had this president 10 months and he has already established himself as one of the best presidents ever IMO. Seeing him getting teary makes me teary!! He needs a hug! (yes from ME!)

If the American public is seeing these things, he is going to win by the biggest landslide in American political history. Can you imagine how many women will be won over by the combination of his strength and his tender heart??
