FACT It is known that al Qaeda uses embedded images to transmit orders to operatives in the field. [1] The picture above appears to be an example of this. Other extremely important instances of this will follow.
FACT The FBI has identified Ahmed Alghamdi as one of the hijackers who crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. See FBI photo below:

FACT On the same web page where Ahmed Alghamdi posted a message about his adoration for a woman named Fairuz, one finds the names of other individuals, some of which list their web sites. Two such individuals are artists with a significant numbers of posted paintings and drawings. One of those individuals is "Muzaffar Wandawi," a man who identifies himself as an Iraqi living in Amsterdam. He lists the following three sites as his personal web sites.

FACT Among Muzaffar Wandawi's pictures are "Vacation" pictures [quotes in original representation] that were reportedly taken in London, Paris, California, Iraq, Tunisia, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. [3]
FACT Muzaffar Wandawi's web site contains the picture shown below, entitled "Downfall." Observations: The picture shows two heavily smoking towers in the bottom left-hand corner. Between the two towers there is an object that appears to be a representation of the American flag. To the right of this a man is present on a horse. Notably, the man appears to be dressed in the manner of an airline pilot with his coat off. The man's hair is trimmed in the manner of an airline pilot. And just to the right of the two smoking towers, one see a depiction of the Pentagon -- with people standing on the steps. This picture has existed since at least 1998.
"Downfall" A critical picture that tells much
Picture by Iraqi artist whose name appeared on the same web page as Ahmed Alghamdi, a man who is reported to be one of the 19 hijackers involved in the September 11 terror attacks on the World Trade center. In the bottom left, one can see two towers that appear to be astride of an American flag. The man on the horse is dressed in the manner of an airlines pilot, with appropriate haircut. Just to the right of the two smoking towers, one sees a clear depiction of the Pentagon -- with people standing on the steps.

Note the Pentagon, White House, and note that what superficially appeared as a burning chimney can actually be seen to be a towering building that is burning near its top.
QUICK SUMMARY OF THE ARTWORK: The yellow plant shown above is key; it appears in many places in Muzaffar Wandawi's art and represents sickness. This has led to the following series of interpretations.
"Arrival"
Interpretation: This painting is titled "Arrival." The Arabian horse symbolizes the arrival of the 19 or so highjackers involved in the September 11 hijacking. The yellow plants are already present. These are biological weapons.
"The Climbing Horse"
Interpretation: Preparation is made for the September 11 terrorist action. The Arabian horse climbs the mountain. But a yellow plant (associated with a biological attack) is on the mountain. The fact that the "major" attack is to be biological is foremost in the mind of the Arabian warriors. They understand that the September 11 attack is just a prelude to a more deadly operation.
"Downfall"
Interpretation: The Warriors attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. But the Arabian warriors -- symbolized by the Arabian horse -- have their attention firmly fixed on the planned biological attack. This is supposed to be the beginning of America's "Downfall."
Signal is Given to Launch Preparation for Biological Attack at Preplanned Time
Interpretation: The yellow mask-like character symbolizes biological attack. Message represents signal to attack on previously specified date, possibly in the latter part of October, maybe in the Halloween time period.
"Violation"
Interpretation: Biological materials (symbolized by the yellow rag) begin to be spread across America. As this happens, America begins to resemble a wasteland. America is "Violated" by the use of biological weapons.
Interpretation: The biological attack grows to gargantuan proportions.
S.O.S
Interpretation: America is defeated and destroyed by the biological attack. Millions lies in their coffins -- with nails holding them together.
Interpretation: Some sort of peace is represented to come to a destroyed America.
CONCLUSIONS
1) Muzaffar Wandawi was involved in the attacks on the World Trade centers, and it appears he uses his drawings and paintings to encode orders to terrorists, including al Qaeda.
2) Biological weapons are in place -- within the US -- for use on a massive scale.
3) Orders probably have been given to initiate the biological action in accord with previous plans.

Oh, well, I always wanted to die of old age, guess I have to change my plans.
We can all blame Slick Willie aka the Stain Maker for all this. For 8 yrs. he did nothing except insert cigars. He cut most military and intelligence budgets and did not hold the FBI and CIA to task as any leader should have.
We are now paying the price. He likes terrorists anyway. Didn't he pardon about 15 FALN members before his wife's Senatorial election so she could get the Hispanic Vote?
I'm surprised the Hispanics weren't outraged by this. Allowing their vote to be bought by allowing 15 murderers out of jail.

Have you never hard the term, "tinfoil hat"?
If they had a bigger biological attack ready, that would be the one to use *first*.
Any "probing of our defenses" only causes us to BEEF UP our defenses so that the "big" attack would be *less* effective than it would have been if they had just done it right away.
The only kind of "probing defenses" that makes sense is the kind that doesn't put the "probee" more on guard and/or rearrange his defenses. Mailing anthrax around hardly qualifies.
That would be on par with "probing defenses" by actually hijacking a few planes prior to 9/11 just to see how it went. It would have been incredibly stupid, because it would put everyone on alert.

Consider this- this is about depleteing and over taxing our system WHILE OBSERVING our response. Anthrax is not the "big deal", but a prelude to MUCH bigger things.
CaR: If this is Saddam's deterrence, then the federal government would have been preparing for germ defenses long ago (despite WJC) and we'd be much ahead of the game. This is not to say that he doesn't have bio-weapons. But that fact isn't causing us to shake in our cowboy boots.

Even if this is done, it wouldn't be done in any way that could be "interpreted" by us.
Even the books on codes in the children's section of the library make it clear that "signals" can and should be done in ways that are unconnected from their meaning.
For example, the meaning of the signal "The squirrel is on the fencepost" wouldn't have ANYTHING to do with squirrels, fenceposts, positioning, farms, fences, agriculture, rodents, etc. It would mean "attack at dawn", or "meet your contact at the bus station", or whatever. Other signals would have other pre-arranged meanings.
Not only would "interpretable" signals be dangerous in case the enemy "figured them out", but they'd be stupid on the grounds that your own agents might misinterpret their meaning and fail to follow the orders you were trying to send them.
No, the only kind of coded "signal" that makes sense (i.e., are worth using) are ones that are prearranged, and whose meaning has nothing to do with their symbolic content.
And for messages that you couldn't plan for in advance by assigning them a particular signal, there's always classic encryption.
Please expand on that thought, so we can see if it holds together when spelled out.

There is no defense against smallpox, only quarantine and vaccine production. By giving us the anthrax warning they've heightened America's awareness and defenses. ER's across America are now alerted to symptoms.
To truly attack us small pox should have been released three weeks ago. It wasn't.
Does that mean they don't have it? They probably do, but smallpox can be given as well as received. What effect would it have on the Arab Street? I wonder if even bin Laden wants to find out.

It's also interesting to note that the Taliban stronghold is KANDAHAR, which, spelled backward, is RAHADNAK. Coincidence? I think not!

Additionally, the RAMS used about 60% passing plays in the game, and used about 40% running plays...this is a CLEAR indication that much of our war will be fought in the AIR, but a good amount of ground troops will also be needed!
Finally, the RAMS scored 34 points against the JETS, a clear indication that any taliban JETS that are launched against our forces will be shot down.
I think we shoud expell all Middle Easterners and people of the islamic faith now.
We're going to have to do it sooner or later if we are to merely survive. Better yet, collect them as hostages and put them in the middle of our cities. Then when the islamic Nazis attack with whatever, the first priority will be to deliver whatever they've delivered to us, to their muslim brothers. The only exception should be those of documentable adherence to non-Islamic faith, ie, Christians and others who came here to escape the Nazi Fundie's in the first place! Iraelis, of whom there are not many, can be deported to the country of their wish.
