Brooklyn's Finest Hour (vanity)

For those who are interested, I have a couple of pages up on the WTC attack as experienced from my home south of Brooklyn Heights. The attack photos are here, but the real attraction is at a different page, one I call Brooklyn's Finest Hour.
It's running off of a home server, so forgive the slowness. If you need a little dose of patriotism, I hope this helps. Share and enjoy.

Born & raised in Brooklyn bump!
Awesome site & pictures...couldn't see everyone but the text is moving even without the photo......BTW I went to HS in Brooklyn!
That's a beautiful tribute. Thanks for sharing.
If you couldn't see it before, try it again -- XO's network went down for the weekend, but it seems to be back up.
Thanks for the encouraging words.

Beautiful. In fact, stunning. The fricking Yemanis ought to get tossed ought of this country though.

Sorry, the second "ought" should be "out".

born and bred in Brooklyn bump
I recall visiting many cousins in Greenpoint when I was a child. They have all moved away now to LI, Staten Island, & upstate NY.

Loved your tribute, neighbor. I live in Downtown Brooklyn, across the street from where the Brooklyn Bridge walkway starts.

Oh yeah? I'm about a 15-minute walk away from you, down Smith Street. ;-)
As a Southerner, it's been hard for me to love New York. But it's been easy to love Brooklyn!
