Trying to download the flash file, but it has been "loading" for twenty minutes with no end in sight! Will it eventually finish, or does this mean that something is not working correctly?

I had the same problem. Sometimes Explorer will hang. Try right-clicking on the link and select "Save Target As" and save it to your Desktop.

Keep letting it load. Others are downloading too on a Saturday night so it may slow you down.. If you don't succeed, try again when the internet is more quiet.
