Hillary Feels NYC's Pain After Today's Crash

Just heard Hillary on the CBS radio news talking about how she had met a young man whose brother just came off an aircraft carrier and was killed in today's American Airlines crash. She had that "hurt" sound in her voice and lamented that the young man had been killed after working so hard to defend us against terrorism.

Why would someone that just got off an aircraft carrier be going to the Dominican Republic? Now it could be the case that the guy was a Domincan, but I would suggest that Hillary is making up stories again. Any thoughts?

What I was trying to say is that this very sad story needs to be told without tainting it with anyone's feelings about Hillary.

You make a good point but it is hard not to insert Hillary into this debate.

She never will shut up until the journalists covering her ask acountability questions. "If you are so concerned, where were you yesterday? Why did you lie to Katie Couric about Chelsea's whereabouts on 9/11? Have you called on the security guard your detail sent to the hospital?" Until she is hit with these questions is every public forum in which she appears she will never shut up. And for those who say it is not appropriate, I say it is very appropriate, she manipulates her actions and appearances to avoid such questions.

I find it hard to believe all mainstreamers are either in awe of her or fear her.

There are three possibilities.

1) Everything happened as Hillary said and she really has sympathy for that victim.

2) The conversation occurred, but she's exploiting it to make herself look like a compassionate and caring person, and not really caring anything about the victim.

3) She fabricated the entire story.

I believe #1 is the most unlikely scenario.

It was Hillary who apparently learned of this young man's death, so she is a necessary detail in the story.

Understandable...provided that the young man actually died...provided that the young man actually exists...provided that the young man was actually on the plane...well, you get the picture...
