Thanks for the ping and the update. Let's all send a wrapped present to put under that tree! Let them spill out into the yard!

This is so great!!!! To think that a small gesture by me (and others...I mean folks, it's not so terribly difficult to send a card is it?) can make such a difference to such a man is......well, it is gratifying in itself.

Colleen you are a WONDERFUL woman. (By the name, I figure yer Irish, huh? *S*)

I love this so much Cobby.

B4Ranch hi and I thought you might like to send this vet a card for Thanksgiving via emial to or even snail mail.

There is still Christmas too coming up, for mail and packages to this dear Vet.

Love to you all for being such great freepers.

Thanks for the ping. I have read the post and it brought tears to my eyes. So happy that so many people are responding, warms my heart. This year Richard will be the first person I send a Greeting to. God Bless All

You and Colleen and Bruce Tackett and a Few Good Men and EVERYBODY who has responded are giving all of us on this thread the MOST WONDERFUL start to Christmas! May God bless you all, and especially, may God bless Richard Workman.

I'm reminded me of this Psalm:

Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness. They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.--Psalm 65

I'd like to echo what others have said - Thank you for the flag and thanks for the update.

I'm sitting here with tears streaming down my face - I haven't sent my card yet - but I intend to do so - and I will send along something to put on the tree.

Thanks!!!

Thanks so much. Your updates are a joy to read.

To know that Mr. Workman is looking forward to Christmas and doesn't feel alone and forgotten is wonderful news.

I just got back from a vacation and have not been in contact with Colleen. Judging from her post #158, all is well. I just packaged a little present for Richard last night which I will send off this morning.
