Rumsfeld showed these pictures this a.m. on Fox News on some plane going somewhere.

And while we're talking about that, it was curious that while Rumsfeld was giving the interview in the air, you could see the pilot. Is it normal for gov officials to fly with the cockpit door open? With reporters on board?

Q: So what does that say about how things are being fought in Afghanistan?

I've been telling my students for years that horsemanship is a martial art ...
I once had a retired member of the U.S. military laugh at me
for saying so in the presence of a member of the Irish Army show jumping team...

I told a friend in the DoD in Germany, back in September that they would need horses over there..
He said they'd use Bradley's... (I'm sure they will...but..)
