Anyone watch Politically Incorrect last night? Is Mike Farrell an idiot or what? He's an actor so the odds are likely. Does he not know the difference between military law and U.S. law? He thinks we should hold Osama Yo Mama to U.S. constitutional law and legal process (innocent until proven guilty, etc. etc.).

The guy made me want to puke. Someone needs to give him a lesson on the difference between an act of war and criminal acts. I guess we shouldn't have retaliated against Japan for Pearl Harbor either huh Mike?

Watching Fox & Friends this morning that had Judge Napoliatano (sp?) on, as they often do, talking about the military tribunal thing. He made an interesting comment that I had never heard before. He basically said, that under the international laws regarding war if a member of the enemies military is NOT wearing a uniform they are subject to immediate execution without a trial. INCLUDING those that are within our borders.

Old lefties like Mike Farrell may be surprised by the feedback his idiocies receive but in the final analysis, hardly anyone will really care much what he thinks, which is as it should be. Being an actor in some TV series does not, contrary to actors opinions of themselves, give their opinions any more weight than anyone else's. The sooner they learn that, the better.
