veronica would never insinuate malice towards another Freeper

Naw... she would never do that......

Notice how the Free Mumia... ummm Free Pollard crowd ignor the facts, make calculated skewed comparisons to justify and when all else fails personally attack the poster. I bet they will stay off this post hoping it will die soo fewer will read it.The article may be long read but it provides clarity to an issue only clouded by his fan club.

Your welcome. The first time I posted this on FR was well over 2 years ago. The document gets mentioned now and then but actual text copies are not always easy to find and or read on the net

Sounds like Pollard was a pathetic loser. Wonder why he wasn't canned much earlier even before they found out about his treason.

Wasn't there a thread in the past couple of weeks about some US military guy who has dual citizenship yapping to the Israeli press that his security clearance had been revoked?

Shaun Pine.

Pollard is not guilty of Treason. The crime of Treason would have required, and still requires, that one offers aid and comfort to an Enemy. Israel is not an enemy. Treason is a capital offense -- constitutionally the ONLY Federal capital offense.

Those who are hot with desire to string Pollard up are stringing the Constitution up with him.

You don't think stealing US Intelligence and selling it to the enemy qualifies as treason?

(I don't want to hear your definition of what constitutes sex)

Here you go. Among other things we got to find out that one of our 'patriots' here on FR is a dual citizen.

Jew who loses security clearance blames anti-Semitism in the military

In a spirit of cooperation and maintaining appropriate foriegn relations, we could consent to releasing...

...his body, after he dies of old age in prison.

I am a soldier, I have no sympathy for traitors.

That's it.

"Maj. Shawn Pine, commander of the 300th Military Intelligence Company of Austin, Texas, holds dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship and received his top security clearance in 1990 — until it was revoked this summer.

While Pine says the reasons are rooted in anti-Semitism, the army says it's just implementing a simple rules change.

Pine's story, which first appeared in the Jerusalem Post, brings up concerns of heightened sensitivity in the U.S. armed forces to officers with Israel connections.

Pine was born in the United States and immigrated to Israel with his family in the late 1970s. Like other Israeli citizens, he entered the Israel Defense Force, serving in the elite Golani Brigade."

He went to the Jerusalem Post with his story.

Do you imagine a fact as easily as you imagine what the Law is? When you nake the bold claim, "He went to the Jerusalem Post with his story.", can you back that up? Perhaps the Jerusalem Post contacted Mr. Pine. It is something called "News", you know. Or is it that in your imaginary world there is no news, for you are the God of it?

I seem to recall something a while back about some government official (or candidate for appointment) who was denied his security clearance because he had dual U.S. and *Irish* citizenship, if you can imagine that. It was in the context of an article talking about how dual citizenship was becoming trendy, but that people didn't realize there is a potential downside, since some people in our government don't want to take any chances with dual loyalties. (Sure, the Irish seem pretty innocuous today, but who knows what might happen? After all, we used to think the French were our allies.)
