Fox News Channel rising star Bill O'Reilly says he doesn't think he'll ever get a chance to interview New York Senator Hillary Clinton.
But just in case, he's got a list of questions all ready to go - a full half of which deal with Mrs. Clinton's late confidant and one-time Whitewater lawyer, Vince Foster, who was found shot to death in a Virginia park in 1993.
"Forty-five minutes after the suicide of your friend, White House counsel Vince Foster, you called your assistant Maggie Williams and sent her to Foster's office. Why?" O'Reilly asks in an imaginary grilling of Hillary in his best-selling new book, "The No Spin Zone."
"Another White House counsel, Bernie Nussbaum, removed files from Foster's office and refused to hand them over to investigators, citing attorney-client privilege. Did you ever talk about those files?" he asks the former first lady.
The Fox News star also wonders about Mrs. Clinton's billing records, which were finally discovered with Foster's handwriting all over the margins.
"They mysteriously turned up inside the White House living quarters with your finderprints on them. How did that happen?" O'Reilly asks Mrs. Clinton.
In his book, Hillary's answers are all left blank.
O'Reilly is one of the few journalists who will acknowledge publicly what most will only say in private: that the apparent cover-up of the circumstances of Foster's death will continue to be a legitimate area of inquiry for as long as the Clintons are in public life.
In December 1999, the Fox host had this extraordinary exchange with independent counsel Ken Starr, who closed out Foster's death as a suicide in 1997.
O'REILLY: Now, some of your investigators have told us off the record that they believe Vince Foster did not commit suicide and that your office was not aggressive enough in investigating the Vince Foster situation. How do you reply?
STARR: Bill, you didn't get that from my investigators. I don't know who you got it from.
O'REILLY: I did.
STARR: Oh, I ...
O'REILLY: I did.
STARR: They - they did not think that ...
O'REILLY: I got it from one of your investigators, I have to tell you. I would never say an untruth on this program.
STARR: All right. OK. All right. Let me just say this.
O'REILLY: Go ahead.
STARR: We looked at every aspect of that invest - of that death, and we came unanimously - those of us involved in it, so I will look forward to finding out who this person was ...

Other topics O'Reilly said he would like to pursue with Mrs. Clinton include questions about her suspect commodities trading and her use of air force jets in her campaign to become senator from New York.
Great question--which has never been properly answered. Here it is:
Hillary! used C-20 aircraft out of Andrews AFB for her Senate campaign at taxpayer expense. She got away with this at first by mingling in "official first lady duties" with her campaign.
When this was exposed--she blamed the Secret Service for "forcing" her to take the expensive luxary business jet all over New York State for "security reasons."
The C-20C model is a military version of the Gulfstream IV. At taxpayer expense--Hillary! and her entourage sat their behinds down on expensive leather seats and sofas, were waited on by Air Force sterwards serving lunch, dinner, and cocktails, and communicated via satellite phones operated by an Air Force communications specialist, and were escourted via ground personnel like royalty--all to win her a partisan election.
Try checking out who Mrs.Foster married later on. If I'm not mistaken it is one of the lawyers that was on the Clinton staff. Funny how ironic these things turn out.
If ever there was good reason for torture, getting the truth out of Hillary is it.

This must be why her face lifts keep giving out after only a year. Without that surgery, she'd look about 80 years old. Guess she has a lot on her mind.
What was the purpose of your flight to Dubrovnik airport in Croatia in May of 1996? That's the same airport where Ron Brown's plane went down on April 3, 1996, correct? Who accompanied you on that flight? Are you aware that there is sworn testimony to the effect that Brown met with your husband shortly before the flight and told him he was going to turn's state's evidence in the Chinagate and Campaign Finance scandals? Does it concern you that the Air Force allowed you to board a plane that they now claim didn't have black boxes? Wasn't that against Air Force regulations and, if so, do you know whether anyone was ever punished for that transgression? Were you ever made aware of any other VIP aircraft in the Air Force fleet that "lack" black boxes? You visited Ron Brown's family immediately after his death, correct? Are you aware that all of the pathologists who examined your good friend Ron Brown's body have now said that his head wound looked like a bullet wound and he should have been autopsied? Do you happen to know what your husband was caught laughing about on video at the funeral of your "close friend" Ron Brown? A joke about "Monica" perhaps?
