Didn't he or his staff claim at one point, that it was a doctor's appointment for 'that woman' he has been married to for 35 years, and he went with her? Regardless, that shouldn't be difficult to verify...if true.

Actually, that's not quite true. He filed the requisite number of signatures to avoid having to pay a fee to file for election, but he hasn't yet filed. The deadline for that is December 7, 2001. Which is also the 60th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, which would also interest you, if I take your handle correctly. (You might be from Aloha, Oregon, in which case I'd be wrong.)

Freepers have been discussing that doctor's appointment since early last summer and wondering if there were any record of Condit actually visiting that doctor. Congratulations, Star Magazine.
