I called in on the Judicial Watch Radio program this morning and Larry Klayman stated that Terry McAuliffe is not named as a defendent.
Of course, McAuliffe might be deposed in this case.

Id really like to see the whole lot of them in Leavenworth,but I wont hold my breath.When I see Hillary getting served on the Senate floor,then Ill have more confidence in this case.Dont get me wrong,this country will never know the type of criminal worse than the Clintons.But through everyones efforts,they just seem to fall through the cracks.More power to them,though.
