I am so impressed by your profile, and so glad to see conservatives everywhere active in doing their best to be a stronghold against the tyranny of Liberalism.
I am pretty lucky to live in a conservative state, nationally, at least, but Austin is a hot bed of democratic scum that needs to be cleaned out. I think we are in as great a danger from State tyranny as Federal trampling of the Constitution.

Are we to feel sorry for this fool? Feel bad... what. I feel anger that I have to read such hogwash. She voted for the beast, I don't think she has the right to complain about one little thing. What an ignorant, guliable, passive, woman.

"...we believed in you..."
If this is true, and Cohen did believe in her, then Cohen is a fool.

You voted for a known liar and you are whining that you were lied to........SHAME ON YOU NEW YORKERS

Texas' main problem has been the local gerrymadering system developed by Martin Frost and Ann Richards, creating some of the most creative districts for keeping the legislature Dem. Thankfully, this has been successfully challenged in the courts and if the court victory holds up, Texas should finally get the legislature it deserves.
Since this is a Hillary thread, what became of the Texas Hillary, Ann Richards? Is she teaching school somewhere?

I think Ann is still throwing her lesbian parties and taking pot shots at conservatives, if she can get someone to interview her now and then.
I could not believe that Texas, in the past, elected that old bar fly as governor. I don't know who to vote for now, it sure won't be Rick Perry. Hopefully the Republican party will put forth a better candidate.

You must be completely stupid, Phantom Lord. Don't you know that Hell-ary is spending all her time looking for Chelsea. According to Talk Magazine, Chubby Chelsea had a very great adventure on 9/11 in NYC and Hell-ary had the details wrong -- oh, it was terrible. Then she had such a heartfelt with Little Katie Communist on the NBC Today show, they both had to go to Bergdorf's for the whole day to get make-overs --- it isn't so easy when you get older, you understand. Then there's always Willy to watch out after. He's loose now and word has it he's found new Bimbos. And the Library -- it was soooo taxing to tear down that precious little black person's historic depot from the Underground Railroad just to store Hubby's lies. The Senate is very difficult -- you have to be interviewed about your brother and say "I'm very disappointed," over and over again, just as if you had rehearsed it. And NYC -- you get booed, don't you know. What bad manners. It would just be so much better to be President and have all those people to look after these difficult moods that seem to overpower one. What was your question? Oh yes, NY and the WTC -- now where was Chelsea?

Yup, agree 100%, Forrest Gump said, "Stupid is as stupid does."
Some of you elected her, now we are all stuck with that witch. Stop the whinning, and remember five years from now what you are complaining about and GET RID OF HER.
To: hellinahandcart
Clue phone. That's funny. Here's another one.
Bottom line: this woman couldn't get a clue if she smeared herself with clue musk and did the clue mating dance in the middle of a field full of horny clues at the height of the clue mating season.

... you conquered our hearts and won our votes in Broome County... What blather! Those votes in Broome County didn't matter a whit... the election was rigged in the "Apple."

ROFLMAO!! In fact, this entire thread is funny!
To: Phantom Lord
Yeah, she's done a lot for Madison and Onondaga counties, too...NOT. I am so glad I didn't vote for her or the rapist. My conscience is clear on that point. But our businesses are closing down, or downsizing, or moving to Mexico or the south...C'mon Hillary, DO SOMETHING!

Was all this artifice? Just politic posturing to nab our votes and move on down to the prime time Manhattan office where now you reign? Was it true when they said you were just preening for a presidential run in 2004? In a word, YES!!

Cohen: Where is Sen. Clinton when we need her? Some questions should never be asked for fear of getting an answer.
To: Phantom Lord
It's funny to hear Cohen complaining she didn't even get the courtesy of a reach around.

I am surprised you Southern Tier FReepers dont post more stuff from the Press & Sun-Bulletin. It is a veritable gold mine, and lately, a guy in NC has been the only one posting stuff from it.

They've just started putting more of the rag online. I had to type a Rossi column once and it was tough to keep the stomach bile down. There was some nut reporter that wrote something on Dec 3rd about not forcing Christmas on atheists that riled up a few letters to the editor.....I'll try to remember to look at it. I read the NY Post more often than the local rag.
Season's first real snow expected Some areas could see up to 7 inches
BY GREG ERBSTOESSER Press & Sun-Bulletin
Hang on, Southern Tier. The season's first real snow storm is on its way. The only question now is: How much snow will it bring? On Friday, the National Weather Service at Binghamton Regional Airport posted a winter storm watch for this afternoon and tonight. Parts of the area could see 7 inches of snow by Sunday morning, forecasters said.
It's a Winter Storm Warning NOW!

Check this letter out, you may know him...
Letter: SUV bashers jealous
Simple math shows that the current vogue of casting aspersions on big SUVs has defamed the wrong crowd. My family has a new SUV that averages 16 miles per gallon, but we live only 3 miles from work and drive it 6,000 miles a year. The average person who annually drives 15,000 miles would have to consistently get at least 40 mpg, or they're using more gasoline than we are.
We also live in a modern home with a high-efficiency furnace, proper insulation, triple-glazed windows and numerous energy-conserving fluorescent lights. I suspect the SUV bashers are actually just envious, because if they were honest about it, the real energy hogs are people who live in a dilapidated old house 15 miles away from their job, and drive to work in a beat-up compact.

Letter: There he goes againDavid Rossie did it again! He couldn't just accept Laura Bush's gesture of kindness to the Muslim women; he had to turn it into a negative comment.
This is an important time in U.S. history. We have been urged by our leaders to set aside our negative thinking, wear a smile, nod good morning to our neighbors and do something kind for a stranger. Our president is urging us to join together. Of course, we all know that Rossie marches to a different drummer.
I am so sick of his negative remarks, especially about our president and the first lady.
