I do not understand the hand-wringing going on over "civil liberties" for the foreigners here on visas who were rounded up, particularly with this information. They're not U.S. citizens; they're guests. When their visas are up, they're supposed to leave. If not, then they need to be rounded up and deported anyway. With the present circumstances, it's obviously a pretty good bet that a lot of the expired visa-foeigners (Middle East ones) have terrorist connections (1%, to me, is a lot in this situation). Keep rounding them up!

And the two strange hazardous materials "accidents" (both Tri-State Trucking) that happened within one day of each other in West Virginia and then near Frederick, Maryland (the latter of which was handled by military teams from Ft. Deitrich).

It seems unlikely they were planning an airplane strike after Sept. 11th., and the U.S. Capitol has gained significant reinforcement against truck bombs since then.

Much of what has been foiled has been kept from the public. I have a source in a major hotel chain that had a hotel raided by the FBI, (bomb squad, the works) on September 12th. This was partially reported to the media, but not all of the details were released to the public. A scary amount of C-4 plastic explosives (possibly enough to destroy the building) were pulled from a room rented to several Middle Eastern men who were taken into custody, but held on rather vague immigration charges.

I doubt this was the only story like this to have occured that we haven't heard about.

I imagine there are several reasons for this: to protect intelligence sources, to keep al Qaeda off balance, and to prevent a vigilante backlash against people of Middle Eastern descent, to name a few.

In this article after the meeting in Malaysia, two of the participants fly to Los Angeles and enroll in flight school. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, we allow a dozen students from Syria to enter flight school in Phoenix and another group from Saudi Atabia to enter a flight shool in Dallas. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda, and now we find the FBI is so successful in preventing attacks since 9/11. If this wasn't so serious, it would be the plot for a good Keystone Kops episode.
