This would be the Best P/R for CONDIT just when he needs it the most. In other words CONDIT is making the County Registrars do the work for him.

Sadly we don't get a lot of foot traffic at the FReeps so we have to make our signs big enough and bold enough to be viewed by passing vehicles. I'll print one up to see if it allows the detail stuff to be visible. We only have a 3-5 second window of time for passing vehicles.
