Your point is correct....HOWEVER, the government and the public seem to frown on cancer causing agents, if we can keep someone from having an abortion because they don't want to take the risk of breast cancer, that's good enough.

I hope I can get my book finished and published in time to counter the death cult sycophancy. The key to change fits in many doors, the Congressional makeup, the Senate makeup, the White House occupant, the public perception of prenatal life (whether the public will tolerate serial killing as social policy), the AMA endorsements of serial killing ... the assault must be many faceted to succeed in changing our nation's horrific direction.
We've witnessed a holocaust of enormous proportions so far; if we allow it to continue unabated, we, as a nation defending the espoused values found in our founding documents, will come to an end. In our place will be a socialist Republic where life is valued as the central authority so designated ... a shifting landscape dominated by the whimm of those in power, to be sure!

Can you post a re-write of that clause in such a way as would in your view make it less legally assailable, whilst retaining the focus and point of the passage, which is to imbue every good father with the legal right to stop the abortion of his own baby from conception forward?

No. It doesn't mean anything of the kind. The State will never have the power to coerce abortions, nor should they. The law proposed in this article extends to fathers the right to protect the babies they father.

As a matter of fact, yes I do. My friend works for the local newspaper in Austin,TX and he propositioned her after she interviewed him for an article about the movie he was promoting. She had a crush on him until that happened. Then she walked out.
