One of the few network show I watch is Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood. He also profiled about 25 famous and semi-famous people who died in 2001. Come to think of it, he did not mention Barbara Olson either. However, I am going to defend the editorial decisions of the networks just this once. This is pure speculation but my guess is that they have separated the horrible losses the country experienced on 9-11 from the traditional year-end shows in which they profile the famous who left us the previous year. Just a thought.

Another thought....we all know who Barbara Olson was. We admired and respected her. But we are Freepers. My in-laws would not have the slightest idea of who she was.

They vote Democrat
Politics bores them.
They are not unique.

Ted Olson argued one of the most important cases in our history in front of SCOTUS. I doubt they even recognize his name.
