Bears Going Down In Flames to Eagles
Self ^ | 1/19/2002 | USConservative

Posted on 01/19/2002 1:22:25 PM PST by usconservative

Gonna be a long day Bears fans.

Eagles moving the ball almost at will

The only 1st down the Bears got all 1st Qtr. was only because of a penalty on the Eagles

Jim Miller (ineffective today) just got taken out of the game, return doubtful

Shane Matthews warming up on the sidelines.

Rope-a-dope, Big Time... Eagles will be too tired in the second half. Bears win. How's Fridge Perry doing?

Touchdown because of a very bad call against the Eagles.

I don't think I spoke too early, but what a run!!!!! Love the dive into the endzone.

I doubt the Bears Defense as good as they are, are going to be able to keep McNabb out of the endzone all day. The Eagles drove downfield three times in a row on 'em, only to choke in the red zone. Soon as the Bears defense gets tired, that'll stop.

Touchdown because of a very bad call against the Eagles.

That didn't help, and I agree: bad call by the Ref's. You could see the defensive lineman trying to stop.

No. I don't. I have my reasons for picking it. I'll tell you later.

At least the Bengals have been to the Super Bowl. The Lions never have been there, and won ONE playoff game in at least 20 years.
