Well!!
Then if you are to the "right of Bush", that makes him to the "left of you"!
So by all means....BASH AWAY!
Does that include the school of "thought" that believes 9/11 was just part of a sinister plot to build pipelines across Afghanistan from the Caspian Basin (or across any other country our soldiers have set foot in during the last century)? I've been trying hard lately to avoid such articles, because if I read that stuff just one more time I'm gonna start bleeding from my eyeballs, but darned if some people don't post it everywhere else they can as a reply...even where there's almost no observable relationship to the thread topic.
Whaddya think?
I don't think I will comment on that.
Please correct the record, and re-direct your comments to the person they were intended.
His site is a staple for real Conservatives.
He has been an advisor to Karl Rove.
Why do we have those? And conversely, the "best?"
that was not MY comment, and I resent the implication that I'm here to bash our President. Either correct the record and send your response to the person (singular) that made it, or I'll ask that this post be removed.
Yes, I resent the implication that much.
That is exactly what the article at Frontpage did. Quite well in fact. Pat Buchanan is not a Conservative. Conservatives do not team up with Marxists. (Lenora Fulani) Have you considered writing a letter to the editor in resposne to the Buchanan article? Might make you feel better.
Snuck in a nice little Bush-bash with that one. A+ for style, D- for execution.
So calling Bush 'moderate' is now bashing? How sensitive can you get? Noticing that in many ways, he has not addressed any of the major issues that conservatives were anxiously hoping would be addressed (hence, 'establishment') is out-of-bounds? Demanding pure loyalty in all cases is a bit too subservient for Americans to stomach.
(Now I've got to go look up more of his past posts, and yours... be back in a few... Oh, and I know Bush has only been in office for a year, and has 3 to go. Still, he should have addressed tort-reform, election-fraud, Clinton's land-grabs for cash, term-limits, etc., by now. Or is that 'bashing', too?)
Thank you for saying this. As you no doubt know, newbies are often personally attacked when they enter into debate, and I am still occasionally shot down for being a "newbie" after being here several months now. Maybe in their book I will always be a "newbie".
I am sometimes reluctant to comment in threads that interest me because of the presence of some of these grouches. I choose to avoid defending the validity of my statements based on the date I logged into FR.
Trashing all newcomers who dare to jump into debate would certainly be the behavior of a dying forum. Fortunately I have found many friends here also, but only because I was willing to take a couple of punches first. I shouldn't have had to.
I don't know, but read what the other guy wrote to me.
To quote myself, "If I see ONE MORE POST about that ******* pipeline I'll strangle someone."
You are right on target. This socialist propaganda, masquerading as constitutional concearn accomplishes two things:
1. It drives some of the Freepers away from a potential constitutional friend -- e.g. Bush.
2. It prevents other freepers from actually holding a potential constitutional friend's -- Bush e.g. -- feet to the fire as we must now wade through and debunk all of the propaganda to actually find some correct critical information on the potential constitutional friend -- e.g. Bush.
