That being said, let's not overlook the larger issue invovled in the destructon of a manufacturing plant. If the plant in question did produce medicines (and I understand it did), then destroying the plant denies those products to those that need them.
In a country where sanitation seems to be a passing fad, the loss of drug manufacturing capability will lead to many more deaths that just those that can be tallied up in the original attack.
