Ginny Gaines, A California Republic Citizen, has been held captive for 21/2 years by federal authorities at the CIA compound Langley Virginia. Her identity has been comvered up,these federal alien agent citizens deny her existence. The GAO has been notified but will undoubtedly be stonewalled if they look into it at all. This is meant to be an informational page as to what has and is happening to an individual named Ginny Gaines. And likewise, to myself and our families. While this is an individual case, through research, I have found this is occurring to perhaps millions even tens of millions of women, children, and just people in general. To understand this it is necessary to backtrack in my life to 1972, This is the year my older brother, Ron Layton, staged a death in Spain. To this day there is a marked gravesite in the Paradise Cemetary. I believed him to be dead all these years(until fall of 1999). In 1994 I was working for the U.S. Forest Service California Smokejumpers and had been for a couple years. At this time I met Ginny Gaines who was serving beer at the Red, White, and Brew, Pub in Redding California. And attending Shasta Com- munity College. I stayed in touch with her through 1995 at which time she moved to Chico to attend Chico State. Circumstantially related is the fact that in the winter of 1996 I was fired by Alice Forbes, the North Zone Coordinator in Region Five U.S. Forest Service. Having been (purposely) fired too late in the year to apply to other smokejumper positions I left the Forest Service and went into logging and then construction. In the fall of 1999 I walked onto the Loverde Builders job site, outside of Tahoe City California, and inquired about employment. I knew nothing of the company one way or the other. Loverde was building an expansive custum on the shore of the lake. Heresay was it was being built for Bill Clinton. At this time the CIA/Ron began using pulsed microwave voice to skull communication technology for torture and corruption. Harassment and sleep deprivation. My truck was bugged for easy satellite tracking. In an apparent attempt of corruption, behavior control, and mind control. Attempts were made to imprison me, drive me into a psychiatric ward, and medical problems such as heart attack, cancer, brain tumor, or anurism. All for the apparent purpose of keeping myself away from Ginny. They made laughable assaults on my character and reputation by sliming me as a drug kingpin. While this was going on Ginny traveled east to be with family and avoid a purported hit. This was towards the end of the Clinton regime. She was taken hostage and held at the CIA compoound at Langley Virginia. Where CIA Police(Lieutenant Dean Russell) deny her existence. She is being against her will(kidnapping) without charges, due process, bail, and legal council. All constitutional rights have been suspended for her, myself, our families, and everyone remotely involved and connected. In fact, the constitution is de facto suspended for the country in general. And by the same token the rule of law no longer holds moral credibility as all government parties operate well outside all legal construct. And law is only used as a weapon against people. This is the demise of orderly society. Ginny is not free to worship. Only a state church, if any, would be available. She is not free to communicate outside the compound nor with the press. Nor can she utilize her god-given inalienable and second amendment right to carry arms and defend herself. Meanwhile I've lost all privacy and cannot work(no one wants one who is under surveillance coverage. And employers would be hit by the government syndicate such as IRS harassment and worse). I'm subject to electromagnetic frequency harassment and EM radiation exposure with entailed health effects. As Bush was on the edge of losing the election(and it turns out he actually did) and needed campaign support he made the pledge to release Ginny if elected. Once elected he immiadiately turned and left her in captivity. I've narrowly escaped two law enforcement assassination attempts by the Sacramento County Sherriffs (and Lou Blanos wants a tax raise) and South Lake Tahoe Police. Officer Williams was head of this hit squade. And the Palouse County deputies stole my license. Loverde foreman, Brian Seeliger had me arressted after instructing me to approach the compound gate. By the same police who deny Ginny's existence and stole my tools and handgun. Were coming up on 21/2 years of Ginny being in captivity, apparently, waiting till they can make some- thing happen to me. Both Clinton and Bush, the CIA and NSA are complicit in this. How many others there are I do not know. The intent is to make Ginny a sex slave for the Washington government syndicate. This is particular to the satanic illuminati cult. Her identity has been covered up. Record of her existence removed from places like Chico State and Shasta Community College. To help apply pressure to politicians anyway one can creatively think of. These people don't do any thing they don't have to. Your money is of no concern. The budget, time, and military resources the government syndicate has is unlimited when it comes to enslaving upstanding citizens. Your family is next.
