5. The government shall not conduct business nor be the entity of a business operation which otherwise can be provided by the private sector.
6. I call for an end to the state income tax. The only taxes that the state may collect are use taxes and fees for services.
7. No individual shall be forced to serve the government without prior consent of that individual.

BTW - What do you think of the sound quality? We bumped the sample rate up. We lose about 40% of our bandwidth capability, but I'm pretty happy with it!

The sound quality sounds the same to me BUT I'm experiencing some loss of connection. The sound would stop, my windows media player would say it's "buffering", the sound would come back, a minute or two later, it would drop again, for a split second, etc. I never had this problem before. (I'm on dialup)
