As I recall, Father Fessio did his Ph.D at the University of Regensburg with Cardinal Ratzinger as his adviser. That's an interesting plot twist.

The Jesuits fell victim to Liberalism / Marxism / Socialism / Homosexualism. There is only a minority percentage of orthodox Jesuits left. The Holy Father needs to use his heirarchical authority to straighten these beauts out!

???????? Anyone want to take a guess at how many heretical liberal priests in California have not been reassigned?

Almost??????????
I received a Jesuit prep school education so long ago (early 1960s) that the Jesuits were still Catholic.

Obedience is very important in the Church, and I don't think the Vatican should intervene here. It would seem to upset the order of things. Fr. Fessio should go off as told, etc. However, the Vatican should consider reassiging each and every Jesuit leader to physically reside in the diocese of Partenia until they rethink the wisdom of this assignment. Then they should obey.

Unfortunately it won't happen. They already moved a french Bishop there. I doubt there is room for any more then his ego.
