I don't understand. So they reinstate the ban on concealed carry in Hamilton county. If someone gets arrested, then doesn't that someone just cite the court decisions, which are all in Hamilton county so far, and walk? What's the point of arresting them, except that very few want to go to the bother of getting arrested?
