I have figured out who the mole was that leaked classified information to CBS concerning 9-11

Who was the mole who released this information to the press on a classified memo concerning the hijacking of Airliners before 9-11? The mole can be traced to the office of Rep Alcee L. Hastings (D-23FL). Remember FoxNews Reported today House Democrats had seen the same memo that President Bush did last August. Rep Alcee L. Hasting happens to sit on the committee for select intelligence as well as the committee for International Relations the same committee that Cynthia McKinney happens to sit remember she railed on public radio that President Bush knew the attacks 9-11 where going to take place but did not stop them. Someone if not Hastings leaked this to CBS to make Bush look foolish

May be a Federal Crime involved. Janet Rhino's FBI would never look into anyting so politically correct as trying to harm a conservative. But if this involved inappropriate release of intelligence information, maybe John Aschroft will have different directives. This isn't about who knew what or when they knew it. It's about our President's popularity and the war's popularity. If they can't bring down Bush's numbers, then they'll connect him negatively to the war. It's a clever move, but like Rush said today - it won't work. People already know Clinton had the opportunity to get Osama and didn't.

Now your analysis which reveals that Hastings and McKinney serve on the same committee, and she could've been fed, or had access to, some internal memo.

Sorry, but I think it was Lieberman. Lieberman heads a committee that is looking into 9/ll. The WH released info to him that they had regarding 9/ll. The WH just released this info and right away Dan Rather got it. Hastings is not in the senate and it is the senate that is doing the investigating.

Hastings was a corrupt local official so he decided that made him qualified for the Beltway. I am not from S. Florida but I believe there was more than one criminal count. I think this was before FR but you could probably do a search here or google for a bio or news stuff on him.

It's my guess that the dems had a pow wow a month ago and this plan was set in Motion about three weeks ago. Each dem had a part to play as this has been ongoing since the McKinney accusations. That was extreme by design so that their "concern" would not seem so political as her accusations. The leaker was probably told when to leak on cue. They think strategy MEANS a big buildup but they forgot that there is NO SUBSTANCE HERE. We are in a real war and they are still at war re: the Algor in Fla.

By the way, Georgia and Florida congresscritters probably see each other a lot. Are McKinney and Hastings in the same body?

Lieberman is too easy of a target to figurre it out. It was Hastings because if Hastings is exposed what could the Republicans do about it? Run someone against Hastings!!! Just think here for a minute when it comes down to sling mud at Republicans President The CBC is always employed by Democrats to do it because they can use race as a cover something Joe Lieberman can't do and he was backing off today. Does not make sense to leak this and back off on it. Hastings is the mole because he can use his skin color as a cover.

The bigger question is who else knew of the President's plan to take on and take out Osama and Co.? There is evidence that the attacks were moved up. Were any of the intellegence committees briefed on the President's plan? We know that a few Dems are hard wired into radical Islamic groups. Dissemination of information like this among those groups could have worked its way to one or more of the participants and could have changed the time table for the attack.

Why wouldn't Hastings have released it sooner then. It just hits me as odd that after the WH released the memos to the senate is when this story broke. I have not heard that the House was having an investigation only the senate.

The House Ethic Committee was recently taking up the complaint that The AARLC and other groupd made against McKinney concerning her on air rant about Bush know something about 9-11. It seem to be a up and shut case until this. One of the members who received our press release demanding McKinney's removal was Hastings I found out.
