On his news broadcast, I can see some content control (though the mere mention of content control shows that there is a bias). Even though he is nothing more than a glorified reader, I can see (though it doesn't hold much validity) an argument in that forum.
But, in an ABC special? This is what is so key to this story. I mean, of all places where he might want to remain "objective", it should be his news broadcast. The place he should be least concerned (and "let his hair down", so to speak) with an "objective" outlook would be an ABC special featuring muscial acts such as Mr. Keith.
