Further circumstantial proof that she was MURDERED, by suffocation and struggled for her life.

Danielle did not die "accidently", her life was taken by the hands of another.

She died NUDE, circumstantial evidence of a sexual motive.

She was discarded in a (illegal) trash dump, circumstantiial evidence that her killer regarded her as an object to be used and discarded.

gal in the courtroom said she didn't see Brenda or Damon doing anything in the courtroom - must be related to outside. They still don't know what's up - get a clue courtTV - but maybe the part about Brenda trying to motion to the jury is wrong - the reporter didn't notice anything.

That last witness testified it was common to find the victim's own hiar on thier body - she even implied in the hands.

I know about that - but why doesn't courtTV? RR said Brenda was trying to motion to the jury - making them uncomfortable - but the reporter in the courtroom didn't notice anything.

Her body was discovered nude. How she died is unknown. We don't know whether she was NUDE, nude, clothed, or CLOTHED when she died.

Also blue/gray fibers found with body/vegetation at site that are similar to DW laundry at his home. Now testified to.

It was on the news here in LA today that she was nude, and that she was strangled. KCAL channel 9 in Los Angeles.

The News people do get things wrong. The testimony so far, as I remember, is only that she may have been strangled, but the girl's body was in such a poor condition that making a certain determination of the cause of death was not possible.
