Information from Ashleigh Banfield's Show...
Ricci's Wife is an ex-convict herself and has been married several times to many ex-convicts.
She is a known drug user and her convictions are for dealing drugs and 10 counts of forgery & theft.
Ricci's neighbor DOES look like the first guy they were looking for with the missing tooth and beret hat.
Ricci's Neighbor saw Ricci digging near his own mobile home in the early morning of June 5th, 2002.
Seat Covers are missing from Cherokee (it is unknown how the media even knows the existed.)

More from Banfield's show...This will be Ricci's 5th conviction if he charged with robbing the Smart home & #6 if he charged with kidnapping of Elizabeth.
His last conviction was for stealing food from a food pantry. He served 50 plus months on that conviction, out on parole since September 2000 from his last conviction (food pantry robbery).
This guy will be a dead duck in prison, if the other convicts think he took her. They have him in lock down and awy from other prisoner's because of this.

Hey, thanks for the clarification of Ricci's non responses (or carefully construed responses). I now "get it" and am pleased to agree that the SLCPD aren't out for a quick conclusion.
Thanks again!

Good post...I remember now that the guard at the hospital said one car went up the road and the other drove into the Smart's neighborhood.

I didn't see all of Ashliegh Banfield's show......didn't hear about Mrs. Ricci's past until I read this thread, this a.m.....I take back the *victim* statement!...sounds like she has a lot more explaining to do.

Oh, that was no rejoinder to your post, specifically. Just in general informing those who hadn't seen Banfield yet. Sorry about that.

Unfortunately, the little girls who are being taken in the night would fare better if they had a louisville slugger under their covers. At least they'd have a 50/50 chance instead of no chance at all.
