The rest is JUST, I repeat JUST mindless speculation in pursuit of a buck or a reputation
I seek neither a buck nor a reputation, yet you make aspirations and assignations of me as "Another Konspiracy-Theory kool-aid drinker".
What are you in pursuit of? Truth?

"There is where the real question should be asked. Also ask yourself, if this is true, what you think of the FBI being our protector in the War on Terror."........

I am a little reticent to say this, but I am not to thrilled about the FBI, but maybe better days are ahead. Let's be honest, if the "government" and the sum of its parts did not want the truth of this bombing to be known, you know it would not be known (by the majority of the people). I take it as a given that they have covered it up. The real mystery is......WHY have they felt the need to cover it up. (Throw in Flight 800 while you're at it..)

I don't pretend to know all things, there are hundreds of things going on that I know nothing about, it's just a given that this has been hidden,.......but, WHY?

David Schippers and Jayna seem to feel there there may be people on the inside who are doing the blocking. Duh! When Schippers was asked on the Quinn show last week if there was any positive movement in this matter, I think the word David used was ......"zilch". So we few (at FR and a few other places) get to have the feeling we know the truth, while at the same time, if you tell it to most of your friends, they think you're nuts for knowing. Great!

Seriously, as we saw it took really only TWO or three competent individuals with as little flight training as necessary to pilot those birds into those towers.

It took hundreds of people, millions of dollars and dozens of locations around the world to put this operation together. It was far more than the work of two or three amateur aircraft pilots and probably required the Iraqi government's participation to get it done.

That is NOT a testament to the overall competenacy and capability of the Arab or Muslim world - otherwise *WE*, in this hemisphere, would be the primitives in the world -

It is enough testament that the director of the FBI says another terror attack is "inevitable." A nuke detonated in New York harbor would devastate, if not destroy, the world's financial system.

So much for your Lanny Davis 'poof' ...

But yours is quite realistic, right? Because you say it is.

(Oh, and what is "anst?")

"We are the people that count. As long as we know - and there is an expanding circle of us - the coverup is a joke. What Dan Rather says is, nowadays, a joke. Anyone who believes him is a fool.".............

I like where your heart is, but you're very wrong. We are NOT the people who count. This country is going to go nowhere positive if only a few people are knowledgable. It just serves to make us look like "conspiracy nuts". When the government (for whatever reasons) can successfully cover this up, there are bad days ahead.......maybe.

Then again, there may be "good" reasons for the coverup......but I doubt it. But we are NOT the people who count. The uninformed out there count, because their ignorance in these matters is a sign of a less-than-free press.....to say the least! And that is the worst thing. When John Gibson talks of these matters on FoxNews I think the ice is melting, but it's a huge chunk of ice.

What would be the point of Mid East extremists to carry this out, and then not take responsibility. Makes no sense.

I've ALSO READ the reports by the engineers and scientists who build and analyze these building structures FOR A LIVING and under the SCRUTINY of each other's eyes (via peer review in publications and conferences) -

You've also, no doubt read about the govt forensic experts who had no problem believing one bullet could go through a man, come out the other side, then turn around, change direction, change angles, go through another man's wrist bone, shatter the dense wrist bones completely, then still have enough force to imbed itself in his thigh, but then be recovered in pristine condition, with virtually no loss of material or distortion.

Maybe you've also read the slam-dunk, air-tight, conclusive evidence that Alfred Dreyfuss was a spy.

I've been late to the party on this. Only caught wind of it since Fox has been running interviews and commentary on it the past couple of weeks. And I'm a newshound, but not a big conspiracy theorist. However, the stuff that's come out recently seems to have real legs.

Is Jayna Davis the OK City reporter who tried to make the FBI aware of a ME connection to the bombing? I saw her interviewed, I think on Fox recently, and she was terrific - very articulate and poised and focused. I hope she is taking extreme security measures.

There was always in in-crowd. My dad subscribed to Wall Street tip sheets that often took an "unofficial" line on the news. Basically what FR has done is to expand the circle of people who take a truly critial view of the news (propaganda) from active investors and what we today call "policy wonks" to a pretty wide audience of people on the Internet. Why else would we have an active nest of shills promoting various government and industry positions like: witnesses to plane crashes didn't see what they saw, it's domestic anthrax (and Atta was in Prague for the beer), etc., and if that fails they drag out the UFO/Bilderberg crap to try to pollute the discussion.

The circle of people who instictively mutter "bullsh*t" when DanPeterRatherJennings talks is probably 100X bigger than it used to be. Big enough to influence the agenda on talk radio, for sure. Big enough that FNC, at least, makes a nod in our direction fairly regularly. Big enough that the NY Post seems at times to get their ideas from FR.

Over a million young black men have been recruited by Muslim activists in the American inner cities over the past decade, and Muslim activists have worked their way into most nations of the world, where they incite envy and hate. The methods are old, straight out of the Communist playbook of the 20s. The leftist press may focus on a stereotypical Nazi (socialists but called "right-wing" by the press) connection to smear Republicans, but this isn't about black, white or purple...it's a bunch of the usual thugs, murderers, pirates recruiting weak dupes to do the dirty work for the wealth/power/glory of the lazy pimps in charge.
Legitimizing Murderers.

Clinton, who's polls were down, needed a boost. When OKC happened he converted it into an attack by the "Right Wing White Supremisist" so that he could bite his lip, feel thier pain and get face time. He did and it worked. I have reason to believe he knew all along who was really responsible, and kept it quiet. He sat on the FBI.

Mike Johnson, as reported by News Max has a different story to tell than what Cannistrao told the FBI as recorded in FBI 303 interview reports described in Stephen Jones book, "Others Unknown".

Cannistrao according to the FBI 302 said that the Saudi intell came in a call to Cannistrao the day of the OKC bombnng BUT several hours AFTER the bombing. Mike Johnson's version (if News MAx is correct in reporting on what Johnson said) says that Cannistrao was notified by Saudi intell BEFORE the OKC BOMBING. That is a huge and important difference in stories.

Now it is important to find out if the information came to Cannistraro/FBI from the Saudis before or after the OKC bombing.

Charles Key (OK State Rep)and William Jasper(New American) have all been right for seven years. Jasper has been reporting on this and developing original leads on the ME connections for over seven years. Most of his work has been posted on the FR in detail.

And most of the FBI and ATF were out of the building that morning safe and sound,

All the FBI and ATF Agents were out of the building, however, there were some ATF admin personel in the building.

Has everone forgotten about Michael Fortier who has TESTIFIED he was contacrted DIRECTLY by McVeigh for recruitment in the Murrah Building bombing?

Yes ...

Has everyone forgotten about the theories that it was an inside job using cutter charges with ADVANCE NOTICE given to certain feds AS PROPOSED by noneother than michael rivero and ex-USAF bomb-dropper Gen Partin?

Yes ...

All true _Jim and it all fits into the reason for the cover up,IMHO

After examining the known facts, the most likely explanation that is consistent with what we know to be true is that the OKC bombing was an attempt by U.S. intelligence assets to infiltrate the Middle Eastern terrorist network that was and is at war with the U.S.

Numerous "domestic" terrorist" groups had been heavily infiltrated by federal operatives for years. Federal operatives inside these domestic organizations may have orchestrated an alliance with the Middle Eastern terrorist cells operating in the U.S. to gain intelligence information on Middle Eastern terrorists.

An intelligence asset attempting to infiltrate a terrorist organization would not gain the confidence of the leaders of the organization without killing people. In my opinion, a decision was made at the highest level to sacrifice the victims in Oklahoma in order for one or more intelligence operatives to move up in the terrorist network. In addition, by focusing blame on the people disturbed by Waco, Clinton could achieve a domestic political "victory" with the cover of a "legitimate" intelligence operation and invoke National Security to insure Congress and the Courts went along (as well as a Governor).

For folks in Washington, losing the Murrah Building may have been necessary to gain intelligence to prevent a potential attack on the political infrastructure. Please consider a "dirty" bomb exploding outside the Capitol Building during a State of the Union address and the effect on our elected leaders. This is the nightmare scenario our intelligence community is expected to defend against. I reject the sacrifice of innocent civilians for whatever the purpose and believe the operation should be exposed for what it was and those responsible should be held accountable. The failures that began in OKC resulted in the attack on 9-11.

"Luke Franey (a BATF agent who claimed he was in the building) was not in the building at the time of the blast, I know this for a fact, I saw him! I also saw full riot gear worn with rifles in hand, why? Don't make the mistake as I did and ask the wrong people."

From a letter by the first OKCOD officer in the building after the explosion,Terry Yeakey, before his murder.

You still haven't answered the question about why the FBI witheld a thousand or so pages of documentation from the defense attorneys. I'm quite interested in what your explanation will be.
