Why would you NOT want Macromedia or Flash Players on your computer? Without these plug-in devices you are missing quite a lot.

Flash player is used on nytimes.com for advertisements I do not want. I am not missing anything. If I try to stop the install, it erases the article I am in the middle of reading, then says I have a server error. Do you work for these jerks or what?
