The cost of treatment is the major barrier for getting medications to developing countries, where the majority of people are infected with HIV.

Whoa, was this backwards? Did the author mean to say that the majority of HIV infected people are in developing countries?

If the majority of people in developing countries is already infected, then this battle's over, folks.

Well, if we apply the logic they use to tax cigs I guess we need a 5000% tax hotel rooms where people can engage in sex and contract HIV. The increased revenues will help pay for the healthcare.

I guess we should extend this to a 5000% tax on condoms and all sex toys. This will surely work after all it's the liberal way.
