I must be having a senior moment, but I don't really understand how race entered into this. The actor I was thinking of looks Caucasion to me, but irrespective of that, the race card simply didn't cross my mind. Beyond that, I will let my entire body of posts stand as to this charge or any other. I know it is hubris, but I am reasonably proud of them.

Are Celts Caucasion? You don't need to answer that. My Dad claimed he had Welsh ancestry. That has not been verified, but his middle name was Wyatt, a Welsh name, so it cannot be totally discounted. I should have asked him if he thought he was related to that other Welshman, Thomas Jefferson, since his paternal forebears came from the same state. But at the time I didn't know Jefferson was Welsh.

I don't think Neighborhood Watch can come into your house and snitch you up. TIPS puts a publicly acceptable face onto such behavior (similar to the FBI suggesting that they be allowed to torture people). Changes the public's perception and makes such behavior an acceptable practice believing it's a sign of patriotism. This loyalty to the state disguised as patriotism has been the hallmark of just about every despotic regime there has been.

Well...I believe this one. Any true conservative would be very opposed to what John is doing. Which is further proff that the current mind set on FR overall is clueless. It seems like we have been taken over by a bunch of fascist's. That is because every big government-socialist-fascist-Anti Constitutional thing that is pushed by these guys is cheered loudly on FR now. I am glad to know that many of the conservative's else where still have a clue. It is our only hope to preserve anything that even resembles the country founded by our fore fathers.
