Your hero and his sycophants on the Alabama Supreme Court completely ignored the testimony wherein the father was clearly shown to be an abusive, rigid, self righteous toad that probably would drive any normal, sane woman to lesbianism. He treated his children abominably - and the court ignored it, focusing instead on her sex life. If this slimebag doesn't have his throat slit one night by one of his children, I'll be surprised - but then again, it wouldn't be any great loss. Clearly Shown? Bull, this woman did the usual attempt to drag this man in the gutter. It was her that was shown to be sick and none of the crap you stated above stuck whatsoever. None of it. They tried every trick in the book and could not pull one hard fact out.
We here in Alabama have followed this (yes it is somewhat old news now) pretty closely. You should see all the whining the ACLU, Black Senators, Liberals, Gay groups and such of the same namesake have spouted. Pretty much the same as you have. But very funny, your spout did not mention the liberal judges did completely agree with the republicans on this matter. (most of the whining has been on Judge Moore's review of the case in which he stated why he voted the way he did). If there had been one shread of truth to this father abuse the liberals would of voted for the gay mother. But as you can tell, there was not one vote for her cause. They served justice that day IMHO.

Yea, but at least the kids won't be raised by 'queers' eh my friend? Now they have the opportunity to be abused by a good old fashioned God fearing Alabama redneck....
Where in the article did it say the kid is now going to be "abused" by a redneck?
Or did you just make that up in an attempt to find something worse than being raised by an openly practicing homosexual?

Now they have the opportunity to be abused by a good old fashioned God fearing Alabama redneck.... Which do you assert does the abuse, the redneck or the Christian? Or is it just when the two are mixed? What is your definition of a redneck btw? The Bible lays down the best way to raise a family in my opinion, sorry if you don't subscribe to it.

Ever stopping wagging your head and chanting, "Most divorcing men are scumbags..."?
Even if you're right regarding the case at hand, this is a refrain which you offer a lot.

Tell your friends that carrying around a Bible doesn't make an abusive jerk any less abusive What kind of punishment do you subscribe to for children? Are you the type that screams bloody murder of Christian chastisment. (ie. the rod).

Read the opinion, and get back to us Why should I search a 53 page document to find evidence to support your argument?
If you can't document your claims here don't expect me to do your work for you. Sorry.

I always wonder why some people need to conflate legit objections against a system biased against men with "woman-hating". Is it a scare tactic designed to shut down weak idiots who cave the first time someone says "boo"?

Sounds like neither of the parents were fit to raise the child.

My mind quickly discounted the possibility of sisters, two people from the same office, or just ordinary room mates. I thought at the time, if that's not a domestic partner thing going on, I'll eat my hat. As Seinfeld would say, "Not that there is anything wrong with that."I have four sisters. My hubby has four sisters. All but five of my sixteen cousins are women. I even have some real live women friends. Any number of our clients are women. I even walk through the courthouse with them. Remind me never to walk with any of them if you're around. We could be accused of being "domestic partners," lesbians, queers or worse.

If I had my choice when growing up I would rather be a Jeff Foxworthy, God fearing bonafide true red-neck rather than under the influence of two queers.
Being raised in a queer household is about as bad (IMO) as being abused sexually or mentally.
Do you know any Christian-Conservative queers?
