How many troops would you be willing to put at risk? I was there the first time...I'm a little bit older now, but would be damn proud if the Marines would take me back for a second stint over in Iraq..

Lots of FREEPERS are against bombing Iraq ...True. And lots of Americans were against going to war with Hitler, as were all the Europeans in the 30s, when the only one recognizing that evil incarnate was building power was Winston Churchill. All the "intellectuals" laughed at him, said Hitler was harmless and not a threat and thought the Chamberlain path was the one that any civilized, educated person would support.
So let's learn from history. It's not hard.

Islam is the enemy we face and not only that, Islam is a false religion, a fake if you know what I mean.
The vet told me Iraq has their wmd underground and the walls are lined with something so we can't see them.

The war protesters said Bush was a war criminal and Iraq has no wmd, that it is a media lie with which the media is in Bushs pocket. Oh and Scott Ritter is their God and is correct. Oh and the whole thing is our fault going back to the 50's. Should I go on?Hey, that doesn't mean they aren't conservatives!

>>> I'm suprised you made it out of there alive. You have my upmost respect.<<< I'm not suprised - most of these anti-war types are anti-cajones types also. They wilt at the first sign of sincere and committed opposition. After all - Peace Now stands for No Confrontation. Bunch of feckless twidlers.
Hats off to you TLB!!

What a man. Wonderful. I wish I could be so brave. I wouldn't have lasted for 2 minutes. I'm just not shoed for that kind of muck.

BOMB IRAQWHY? Why in the hell would you want to spend only God knows how much money, subject our troops to a potential chemical and biological warfare response from Iraq, spike oil prices, worry/involve our European allies, be in Iraq for years if not decades as 'peacekeepers', have God knows how many of our young people in the military die, thin out our resources, stir up more conflicts in the Middle East.....WHY? For what good reason?
To: winnipeg
Sincere curiosity question: Are you the same person that was on a thread a couple weeks ago telling Americans how to run their justice system re: the death penalty?

You call these people commies and anti-American. What's the reasoning behind that? How does someones opinion to not start a war with Iraq make them a commie and/or anti-American?? winnipeg, you be *sure* to flag me as soon as you learn of just ONE of these antiwar protests that is NOT organized, sponsored, or promoted by communist, anarchist, anti-American organizations. I've been keeping track since 9/11 and haven't heard of an antiwar rally yet that wasn't composed almost entirely of the "usual suspects", or college students recruited by same.
TLB, in which city was this demonstration?

How many troops would you be willing to put at risk? You didn't ask me but I want all our troops home from the 100+ countries they are in now. Haven't they vaccinated all the dogs yet?
After they are back and with more training then I will see if I want to send them to another country to fight
As it stands now, I would not be willing to send any.

Although I may support your sentiments,
****your pathetic , sniveling reply *****
sort of belies the statement in your first paragraph:
****Kindly refrain from making snide personal remarks.****
Doesn't it?
