The Calabasas Hills-based company said it found listeria monocytogenes in one batch of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake sold to the Olive Garden Italian restaurant chain.
The Olive Garden chain is owned by Darden Restaurants Inc. of Orlando, Fla.
The batch could have been served in as many as 19 Olive Garden restaurants in Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, the Cheesecake Factory said.

,,, if anything should have had [BARF ALERT] in it's title, this would have been a sure qualifier.

How's the cheesecake?
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Moose have different digestive acids.
All your lethally-contaminated cheesecake are belong to them.

Stay away from the Salmon Mousse...

Listeria bacteria can cause symptoms such as fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrheaNo big deal. Sounds like the typical "day after the night before" to me.

I saw it in KC once, but never have eaten there. It sounds good though..... The Cheesecake Facotory restaurants are excellent, if pricey. The menu is as varied as you are likely to see, and everything I, my familiy and their friends, have had their has been great. You can eat healthy, or pig out. The cheesecake is good too, but nowhere near as good as the stuff my current manager makes and brings to monthly "birthday" "meetings".
