You don't really think the subpoena power and depositions are going to unearth much do you? In fact, the depos of the defendants will have to be video taped in Saudi. That ain't gonna happen.

The lawsuit is a civil action. Not a state action. How odd that our Saudi friends cannot understand the distinction.
One would suppose it is because the desert kingdom has no civil society of its own. To understand how a democracy works, you sort of have to live in one.
