When the Serbs were fighting al-Qaeda Clinton chose to ally the power of NATO with those Bosnian Muslims allied with al-Qaeda. Like it or not in Bosnia and Kosovo Clinton allied America with Osama Bin Laden's allies.

The conduct of the past administration in support of the Chechen cause against the Russians is also of disgusting note.

Maybe some of our famed Balkan posters will show us what our Islamic allies did to the Serbs and Russians? Maybe those few Balkan and Chechen Muslim supporters on FreeRepublic will tell us that the Bosnian Albanian Muslims were really not allies of al-Qaeda and tha the Serbs and Russians were not defending themselves?

Under Clinton the USA fired a few cruise missiles at Osama Bin Laden that missed and at the same time armed and trained Osama's allies in the Balkans and beyond and then we wonder how we were sucker punched on 9/11?

Never forget that Republicans voted against the Clinton air war in Kosovo and that when next you hear what did Bush know and when did he know it bring up what Clinton did.

I can't forget what never happened.

According to this Stars and Stripes article the Croatians and al-Qaida had a working relationship:

West feeling the fallout of efforts to aid Bosnian Muslims a decade ago

"Al-Qaida trained Mujahedeen to go and fight in Bosnia during the early ’90s, and bin Laden’s Services Office also maintained an office in neighboring Croatia’s capital, Zagreb." The Mujahedeen came into Bosnia from Croatia, the colonel said. "They came into Croatia at the ports of Split and Rijeka. Those were big centers." Along with the fighters, the arms pipeline came through Croatia and was funded by Third World Relief Agency, the Washington Post reported in a September 1996 story. The wartime Bosnian government depended on the Third World Relief Agency, which obtained and paid for weapons from Iran and other countries along with supplying fighters, the Post reported.

So the Croats were stupid enough to ally themselves with al-Qaida?

Nothing new. Croatia has a long list of stupid alliances that came back to harm them, like the Austrain Emperors, Adolf Hitler, Clinton, Osama Bin Laden.

I must be doing something right, I get your league (or is that legion) ballistic every time I post, don't I?

I love being on the same side as Stars and Stripes! The official newspaper of the American service man and woman.

What did your dad or grandad do during WW2? I come from a long line of Commie and Nazi killers.

Posters Supporting Bin Laden Emerge in Bosnia, Croatia

DPA, October 19, 2001

SARAJEVO, Oct 18, 2001 (Deutsche Presse-Agentur) -

Posters supporting suspected terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden have emerged in several cities in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia in the last ten days, United Nations officials and media reports said Thursday.

Most of the cases were reported in Bosnia´s capital of Sarajevo and the northern city of Tuzla. Local police have opened investigations.

A huge poster with the message "We want third and fourth world war for Islam, long live Laden" written in English was found at the Secondary Medical School in downtown Sarajevo earlier this month, UN spokesman Stefo Lehman told reporters in Sarajevo.

In another, later case one Bosnian Moslem was seen by local police pasting a poster that stated "Wake up all Moslems for Osama bin Laden" on a wall.

Local police also arrested two Bosnian Moslems while they were posting posters at a Sarajevo main street. According to the UN, the two were found to be members of a pro-Moslem organization called Islamic Bosnia. The posters included arousing propaganda to provoke Moslem people to fight on Allah´s path.

Meanwhile, Croatian police have confiscated six portraits of bin Laden in a high school in the eastern town of Slavonski Brod, Vecernji list daily said Thursday.

The Vecernji report said there was a slogan under each portrait of the terrorist leader saying "Hero, not a criminal".

No Pro Osama posters to be found anywhere in Serbian lands.

Terrorism on Trial Daniel Pipes and Steven Emerson Reprinted with permission from The Wall Street Journal.

Perhaps the most disconcerting revelations from the trial concern Al-Qaeda’s entrenchment in the West. For example, its procurement network for such materiel as night vision goggles, construction equipment, cell phones, and satellite telephones was based mostly in the U.S., Britain, France, Germany, Denmark, Bosnia and Croatia.

You were in Bosnia? You by chance did not sell any material to al-Qaeda while it operated out of your homeland? No? Maybe your commanding officers? Political Leaders?

Since my great grandfather fought fought with the allies during WW1 I would guess he wanted to shoot the fuzzy wuzzy ally of the Kaiser. Oh that's Kemal the boy lover was a general in the Ottoman Empire, allies in the Central Powers that included the German and Austrian empires of which Croatia was a part.

From the genocide of Armenians to the Jews and Gypsies and Serbs, it makes sense Croatians would idolize Hitler and Kemal.

Question: How many Al-Qaeda do you need to screw in a light bulb?

Answer: None. They pay the Croatians to do it for them!

what rough percentage was Al-Qaida a part of the overall foreign Islamic fighters?

IMO, they were the the teachers and officers. The KLA didn't rise from ashes.

Is that the best you got in terms of rebuttal? To deflect from the article and start posting about the Greeks? I could give a fig about them. So you insult and try and say I am those other blokes to get me banned? Cowards and wankers.

What you avoid is the Bosnian al-Qaida link. On Monday's PBS Newshour broadcast the author of this very article described the Bosnian and Chechen tapes and said that the contents were so shocking, so disturbing that they would probably never be aired.

Tropoljac wants the world to forget Croatia's role as a middle man in al-Qaida's access into Bosnia. The Stars and Stripes article makes him go ape.

Tropo still has yet to post where I said these things he claims I have. What my opinion can be read in my first commentary to the post.

I am a proud member of the Celtic Orthodox revival church.

What you avoid is the Bosnian al-Qaida link. On Monday's PBS Newshour broadcast the author of this very article described the Bosnian and Chechen tapes and said that the contents were so shocking, so disturbing that they would probably never be aired.

As stated previously, you reference material with which you are not familiar.

To wit, put the actual quote from the Newshour program:

JUDITH MILLER: Well, that was the amazing part is that this carefully cataloged material included large amounts of tape that had been sent in from al-Qaida want-to-be's, these affiliated organizations that were carrying on their own jihads in Kashmir, in Sudan, Somalia - there were contributions from all over the world. They wanted to be included in this al-Qaida connection, and I think some of the most stomach churning and difficult material I saw came from Chechnya and Bosnia where the Jihadis were engaged in civil strife against the Russians, and some of that may in fact be too difficult for CNN to broadcast.

together with the FBI report you so ignorantly misrepresented earlier

Although Al-Qaeda functions independently of other terrorist organizations, it also functions through some of the terrorist organizations that operate under its umbrella or with its support, including: the Al-Jihad, the Al-Gamma Al-Islamiyya (Islamic Group - led by Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and later by Ahmed Refai Taha, a/k/a "Abu Yasser al Masri,"), Egyptian Islamic Jihad, and a number of jihad groups in other countries, including the Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bosnia, Croatia, Albania, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, the Philippines, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, the Kashmiri region of India, and the Chechen region of Russia.

and and then explain to us how you can continue to make your claims of Al Quaeda being in Bosnia.

They were wanna-be's in Bosnia - just like you're a "Washington influence" wanna be here.

And save the fig comment for someone who hasn't seen you grappling with other posters over Macedonia and it's place in history - not everybody suffers from a short attention span or faulty memory as you do.

Did I not paraphrase Ms. Miller correctly? Thank you for proving my point! They wanted to be included in this al-Qaida connection, and I think some of the most stomach churning and difficult material I saw came from Chechnya and Bosnia where the Jihadis were engaged in civil strife against the Russians, and some of that may in fact be too difficult for CNN to broadcast.

Everytime you post you prove my point. Serb and Russian victims of Bosnian and Chechen Muslim fighters who were tortured to death as snuff film trophies for al-Qaida.

Thanks for the FBI confirmation that Al-Qaeda functions through some of the terrorist organizations that operate under its umbrella or with its support, including Albania, Bosnia Chechnya and Croatia.

How many Muslims live in Catholic Croatia?
