My nephew is from Russia. He is only 12, but I'm sure that he can tell you what the differences are between where he came from and America.
And sadly enough I fear, by the time he's 52 he won't be able to tell the difference. We have freedoms now, yes, much more than the former Soviet Union. But the way the majority of the public in their respective states is willing to hand over power all in the name of safety, there's not in the way of freedom the next generation will have
Then get out there and change the public opinion. Make a difference, vote in different leaders. Remind people of what America is supposed to be about. I am sick of all this b*tching because people think we are losing our freedoms.
If we lose the war on terror, we will have no freedoms.
