Well, that's an answer, though I'm not sure he uses the word "monopoly" correctly.

I'm sure Russ will have more things to complain about once all public spaces are privatized and owned by those who do more than complain.

You seem to want to read a lot more 'zing' into my remark on your silly comment than was intended.
The white horse you THINK you rode in on is not an issue with me, or with the courts. It was decided over 200 years ago.
We have religious freedom in this country, 'moral majority' be damned.
