To bad. It's illegal (even with CCW) to carry concealed in Guvmint buildings in FL. Of course, the bad guy probably didn't care about that law.

Fact is, if a licensed CCW holder had been present, the perp would still be dead, but we might have been spared two innocent victims who are now in critical condition, and who are lucky they're not dead.
