You know what's odd? With all the research I've done, I have yet to find a single mention of Shelob being in TTT. I REALLY hope she is not ignored, as I feel she's an important piece of the trilogy.

Shelob will be in the third film. Frodo's story will trail off just before they climb the stairs to Cirith Ungol in the second movie. Jackson did this so he could have an exciting opening for Frodo and Sam in the third movie because, as he put it, their story in the third book is mostly just a bunch of walking after they leave Cirith Ungol.

Makes sense to me. It seems that the movie will be spending a lot of time at Edoras and Helm's Deep, with Sam & Frodo trekking w/ Gollum, and briefly hooking up w/ Faramir.
I am dying to see the Ents.

as are the ents....I truly think they are leaving alot out of the previews so we are entertained and 'surprised' when we see the movie.......I'm hoping!
