Rape is rape...besides, you are using a poor example, since in many states the age of consent is 16. If statutory rape isn't rape, then why should PP report it? Let's be consistent.

I don't like abortion because it is killing. I think if someone is sixteen and wants to have sex, fine, but there are consequences to those actions. You have a kid, you do your best raising your kid. You don't kill him/her.
