Local psychologist believes sniper kills done by terrorists

That is one of my concerns also. I would be more than happy if it eventually turns out that this is some kind of lone wacko.

"And doesn't it get you that all the Dems can think about is the next election, their power, and stopping anything that might be construed as conservative?"

That doesn't surprise me at all as maintaining their power, at any cost, is the core of their existence.

Terrorism's main goal is not to kill, but to disrupt and terrorize and they have to be encouraged at the affect they are having, because they are doing just that. Just one mans opinion.

Make that two men's opinion. I've been telling my wife the same thing for several days now. Just look at the terror that one or two men have created in one large metro area. Multiply that by 5 or 6 hundred muslim sleeper cells scattered around the country, and you have an entire nation paralysed by terror. That would be a huge return on a tiny expenditure of resources for a terrorist organization.

Even if these DC killings turn out to have been done by a local whacko, I'm sure the terror it has caused among millions of Americans in that area hasn't gone unnoticed by the terrorists as they plan their next moves. They couldn't get more bang for their buck from any other type of attack than they can from random shootings like these we're seeing in the VA-MD area. I'm afraid this is just the beginning of similar incidents around the US.
