It has appeared all along that the times of the shootings were before or after the formal Muslim prayer times in the Washington D.C. time zone. I posted this here. Back on the 14th.

If indeed this is a Muslim and his motivation to kill people is based on Muslim teachings then one of the questions is what Mosque did he pray at? If the people at that Mosque have been aware of what this guy and others have been up to then things are going to get interesting. That's if ANY of this pans out as Islamic terror.
