When Rudy went on SNL after 911 he had a brilliant comment.

When Lorne asked the Mayor during the opening monologue what to do he said TO Rudy, "Can we be funny?

The Mayor said in reply, "Why start now!" It was perfect deadpan but perfectly true.

Anyway, the more they put on Gore the better. There is no way he can redeem himself and each and every time he makes a bigger dope out of himself. I say bring it on...: )

Algore's going to face some stiff competition from Jimmy Carter(come on, he could run again) and Hitlery.

Ross Perot seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth.

Clinton spends most of the time on the front of the stage soaking up and waving to all the people, while the candidate looks helplessly on in the background

You mean like this? lol

even though SNL hasn't been funny in years

Exactly. That's why Gore is such a perfect match for SNL.

Gore, you are no Will Farrell.

But I would love to see Gore and Hammonds (sp?) get in a contest to see which one can
do the most convincing enunciation of

"Lock Box"
