I was getting at that point, too. "Having the heart to fight" meaning "having the heart to do all the things you'd normally do to win a race like stumping, organizing, buying ads, etc."
No, they don't want to do it. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

Fair enough. But I look at them as two distinctly different things. I've volunteered for a couple of campaigns that were low on resources but had plenty of "heart." Unfortunately that heart wasn't enough.
