...The basic problem with the series was that the lead actress was coyote-ugly...and a manipulative, deceitful, cold fish to boot - I have more sympathy for her sexist, controlling, money-hungry husband than her - this can't be the high point for Masterpiece Theater this year.....

Nobody likes to listen to a smug, sanctimonious, and extremely tedious lecturer like Moyers even if they agree with his politics. This screed by Moyers, and some I've read by other leftist scoundrels, is further evidence that many radical Dems are closer to their own James Jones-style mass snuff. Watch out for more radical disruptions and conniption fits.
